What is the buyer protection fee?
A 6% fee is added at checkout. This covers secure escrow holding, payment processing, and full buyer protection.
How does consignment work?
Fill in our consignment form and we'll arrange a visit to photograph the item at its current location. We write the advert and manage the sale. Items must be valued at £25,000 or more. We charge 10% only when it sells.
Are there any monthly fees?
No. APX has no subscription fees. You only pay for boosts or consignment commission on successful sales.
Can I cancel a boost?
Boosts run for 30 days from activation. We don't currently offer refunds on boost fees once a listing goes live.
